Parking Meter Map
This Parking Meter Map shows the geographic location of each parking meter in Downtown and the University District. By zooming out, users can view general street view where meters (colored dots) grouped are available for parking. By zooming in, users can view each individual spaces, for purposes of meter rental, etc. The colored dots represent the price per hour charged at the meter – color legend is on the right hand side of the page.
You may search a specific address, parking lot, or meter number using the search bar in the upper left corner of the map.
The map does not represent current availability of the meters.

(Permit only 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
North First Street Lot

Main Street Lot – Located at Main & Market

Neil & Washington Lot
(Metered Lot)
Randolph & Hill Lot
(Permit 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., metered. Some spaces reserved for Champaign Park District use.)
University & Market Lot
(Pay Station Lot for hourly parking. No parking 3 a.m. – 5 a.m., except Spaces 49-54 and 88-92, which are available for long-term, overnight parking.)
Walnut & Washington Lot
(Permit only 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Mobile Meter Lot from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.; no parking 3 a.m. – 5 a.m.)
Washington & Fremont Lot
(Permit only 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.; no parking 3 a.m. – 5 a.m.)
On-Street Meter Permit Areas – Between State & Neil Streets and Hill & White Streets
(Valid 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on weekdays)
